Our partner is one of the world's biggest financial providers, which has a regional IT and financial center located in Budapest. They are looking for a new colleague, who would like to gain knowledge in a cutting-edge data analytics, reporting and integration platform called KNIME. The new member of the team will actively take part in the finance regulatory reporting workflows by transforming data and automating processes using complex data structures. About this position

  • Take part in keeping close contact and maintaining effective communication with technology teams and with stakeholders in the Financial Regulatory Reporting departments and other business units
  • Gather and understand business needs regarding the regulatory reporting processes and workflows, and identify possible technical solutions
  • Analyze, transform and automate complex and diverse data structures, create workflows using KNIME and establish user testing for the optimal usage
  • Participate in setting strategic direction for automation of reports, integrating the special area know-how with an in-depth understanding of industry standards and best-practices in data transformation
  • Mentor and train junior team members, support non-technical colleagues, facilitate handover of the final solution

Requirements

  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in reporting roles, where automation and transformation functions were also necessary
  • A background in finance and/or computer science
  • Relevant higher-education degree
  • Experience in the field of banking is beneficial
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience with any of the following data transformation, automation, visualization tools: KNIME, Alteryx, Talend, Tableau, PowerBI, VBA, Qlik, Python etc.
  • Fluent English both verbally and in writing
  • High level of analytical skills, structured mindset, ability to work with complex and diverse data structures
  • Precision, need for clean codes and scripts
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholder and partner relationships across large, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to work independently, actively put forward ideas and solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently
  • High degree of curiosity, also be able to follow industry specific guidelines and SOPs

Software Development Team Lead (Java, Webes Frontend)

Partnerünk egy közel 30 éves múltra visszatekintő, stabil hátterű szoftverfejlesztő cég. Különlegességük a profiljukban rejlik, foglalkoznak titkosított mobilkommunikációval, információ biztonsággal kapcsolatos termékek fejlesztésével, emellett rendszerüzemeltetési, IT biztonsági szolgáltatásokat is nyújtanak. Termékeiket a közigazgatás, hírszerzés, illetve rend-és honvédelmi szervek számára értékesítik. Széleskörű szoftverfejlesztési és rendszerüzemeltetési technológiai palettával rendelkeznek, amelyeket az adott projektekhez és egyéni igényekhez igazodva alkalmaznak.

Jelenleg Software Development Team Lead kollégával szeretnék bővíteni csapatukat, aki tudásával egy 4-8 fős fejlesztői csapat vezetésében játszik majd kulcsfontosságú szerepet.
