Our partner is a property investment, development and utilization company, having a substantial presence in the real estate market in several European countries. To their gradually growing team we are looking for a full-scale Accounting professional with fluent English who could be responsible for the Accounting activities of their office in Bucharest.
- Full-scale bookkeeping of the Romanian subsidiary
- Service charge reconciliation
- Statutory accounting
- Preparing balance-sheet, Profit & Loss statements, financial reports
- Participating in year-end closing tasks according to Romanian GAAP
- Accounting of bank transactions
- VAT accounting, preparation of tax returns
- Keeping contact with related authorities
- Preparation for financial audits
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-scale accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Experience in Real estate-related accounting is a plus
- Fluent English and Romanian; Hungarian is a plus
