Our partner is a stable, fast-growing fintech startup and they are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Office Manager, who would fulfill a role with high visibility and will work closely with the Founder and CEO of the company.

The role of the Office Manager extends beyond the day-to-day running of the office. The new member will be involved in a wide range of organizational, financial, managerial tasks and also involved in strategic decisions, process implementation in order to support the growing process and development of the company.

It is a perfect opportunity for you, if you want to use your English skills on a daily basis and want to take part in exciting projects to support growing startup operation.


About this position

  • Support the daily work of the CEO
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in exciting projects to support the smooth operation of the company
  • Keep contact with Partners
  • Office administration, ensure filling systems are maintained
  • Manage office budget; handle invoices
  • Prepare presentations


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or any related fields
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Personal Manager, preferably at IT company
  • Confident use of English both written and verbal  is must have
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • You are open-minded and eager to learn new things
