Our Partner is a global manufacturing company in electronic components, and sensors. They would like to hire a Senior Molding Engineer, who is an Expert in injection moulding.

• Responsibility of daily engineering activities and execution on the product area
• Coordinate follow up tools incl. with success rate
• Follow, report and act to improve the scrap level on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Create process to Tooling utilitization
• Lead major process and/or quality improvement actions
• Develop and lead implementation of continuous improvement strategies (5S; Kaizen)
• Can professionally represent the company to customers, suppliers, sister plants regarding injection Molding topics
• College/university degree in mechanical engineering, if you have a moulding specialty, is an advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in engineering within automotive manufacturing environment
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in injection Molding
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Process mindset needs
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in English
