INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGER – COMMERCIAL ASSETS

Our trusted partner is a respected property investment, development, and utilization company, with substantial operations in the real estate market in Central and Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Romania, and Poland). The Hungarian-owned company manages more than 1.7 million square meters of buildable and leasable area in their ever-increasing, diversified portfolio within commercial sectors – such as retail, office buildings, industrial plants, hotels, land - and the residential sector as well.

Due to further expansion plans and the importance of the European market the company plans to extend its commercial presence within the region, therefore we are looking for a new team member to join Budapest office.


About this position

- Actively contributing to asset management tasks of the European real estate portfolio

- Tracking new acquisitions of properties; active participation in due diligence processes

- Developing strategies to increase asset value on behalf of ownership, executing pivotal decisions to maximize cash flow and returns on asset portfolio

- Participating in the operative management and coordination of open projects

- Managing contact with other business units, especially with facility management

- Creating and tracking business plans

- Creating analyses of actual – plan differences and other ad-hoc reports


Requirements

- University or college degree

- At least 5 years of experience in commercial Real Estate Asset Management

- Fluent English

- Other European language is an advantage

- Technical affinity

- Outstanding analytical skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills, solution-oriented mindset

- Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Precision
