Architecture Project Manager - Budapest

• International technical project manager role based in Budapest Head Quarter, reporting to Technical Director of the International Transactions & Asset Management department

• International position covering technical project management tasks on foreign markets 

• Managing architecture and construction-based projects

• Managing project management process in strategic projects

• Managing permitting process

• Supervision of execution of work

• Support to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (“MEP”) Project Manager in MEP based projects

• Guidance and control of fitout processes

• Control of fitout costs

• Development of fitout layouts

• Communication with potential clients and gathering inputs

• Managing design for construction process by external design company

• Leading tendering procedure and supervision of works for strategic projects

• Carrying out other tasks related to the job as requested by the Technical Director.

• BA in Architecture, master’s degree is an advantage

• 5+ years relevant experience in similar position, i.e. project management with architectural focus

• Experience in design – hotels, office buildings, fitout works

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Proficiency in Excel

• Advanced level of English written and spoken

• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written

• Experience on construction site

• Ability to work with cross-border teams and to manage own tasks autonomously

• Excellent reporting skills

• Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to work on own initiative

• Good team player

• Ability and willingness to travel both national and international

• Driver’s license
